We are Tom and Kate Bieschke, a dynamic husband and wife team of educators that have founded the iPlanToLearnNow LLC. We consider ourselves lifelong learners and teachers with a commitment to providing the very best educational environment to our students. With a combined 62 years of experience, we bring a plethora of knowledge and expertise to the online learning arena with a special focus on the at risk learner.
Our passion and enthusiasm for serving others has driven us to create a revolutionary solution to all of your virtual meeting needs. Our language for learning supersedes a traditional classroom. We liken our ability to build positive relationships, deliver content, and provide a highly engaging, productive learning environment to all aspects of business. Like many others during this pandemic, we have been profoundly impacted by the transition of teaching and learning in our brick and mortar classrooms to our virtual Zoom classrooms. Providing an engaging, nurturing, and empowering environment that challenges and encourages students to succeed has been a mighty feat. As we have worked tirelessly to modify, tweek, and develop scaffolded, modified lessons that would meet the varied needs of our students, we have created a solid foundation by utilizing authentic and purposeful resources.
In response to meeting the needs of our learners and colleagues, we have developed a training program that will revolutionize the distance learning environment while cultivating an engaging, collaborative culture that is truly effective and impactful. Our program focuses on dynamic and engaging virtual backgrounds, integrating presentation materials into your background so you are always the “face” of what you are presenting, more effective ways of communicating imperative information, and varied opportunities for collaboration.
Tom’s masters degree in instructional design and Kate’s certification in MTSS, PBIS, and Restorative Practices are an added value as we support and guide you along the way. We empower all with the ability to gain a true understanding of their identity, value, and purpose as our programs encourage you to think, plan, and reflect upon your goals. By doing so, you will develop a routine of positive and purposeful productivity that continuously lends itself to the tools, ideas, and people you need to succeed.

Our Mission
iPlanToLearnNOW produces an interest based curriculum that utilizes a proprietary Macrodeductive strategy that guides a students' personal inquiry. The most recent production is, "What is Technology?"
"What is Technology?" utilizes an iterative process called, IGOPS. IGOPS is a way to approach problem solving. Basically, Identify what you want, Gather what you need, Organize what needs doing, Produce what you planned, Share your productivity. Each phase is accompanied by a series of general questions that help shape an original thought and produce a greater awareness of true problem solving.
Purposeful and meaningful activities drive instruction. Throughout the process, iPlanToLearnNOW, quantifies formative growth by monitoring project completion. The process quantifies the personal value and satisfaction earned from the student's time invested projecting through a proprietary replicable, innovative, and relational database system. iPlanToLearnNOW is A 21st Century learning system that Saves Time & Gets More Done
